We understand how difficult it can be to lose a loved one. We’ve done our best to simplify the planning and catering for your memorial service or wake – an inclusive package including venue, staff and catering.

• Meeting Room – 60 guests
• Café (including outdoor area) – 120 guests
• South Auditorium – 300 guests
• Foyer – 500 guests
• North Auditorium – 600 guests
• Main Auditorium – 1000 guests
• Court Yard – 1500 guests
• Main Auditorium + Court Yard – 2500 guests

PREMIUM PACKAGE INCLUSIONS

• Venue hire for space according to numbers booked
• Any furniture hire such as seating, tables, etc
• A dedicated team member for the duration of your service
• Grinders filtered coffee, a range of T2 tea and Nestle hot chocolate
• Fresh Orange & Apple Juice (0.5 portion per guest, allowing at least half of guests to not have)
• Business class sandwich platters (3 points per person)
• Business class hot finger food that may include meat balls, arancini balls, prawn twists, etc. (2 pieces per guest)
• A selection of sweets including cakes, slices & scones (3 points per person)
• Use of screens around venue
• Use of screens within venue
• Plenty of free public car parking adjacent to venue
• Fully staffed licensed bar (see below)

Full bar facilities available to accommodate your budget and guest requirements – choose from the most common cash bar where your guests pay for their own drinks, pre-set bar tab limit where guests are buy drinks after a certain pre-set amount has been spend, or full bar tab consumption where guests don’t contribute to the prices of drinks
